Biographical |
I was educated at Panjab University, London University, Howard University (BSEE 1967), and Marquette University (MSEE 1973). I joined Allis-Chalmers Corporation in Washington, D.C. in 1963 as Assistant Engineer, LaCrosse Boiling Water Reactor Project, and moved to Wisconsin in 1967 as Hydrogenerator Development Engineer and progressed as Design Engineer, EHV & Large Power Transformers, Senior Engineer/Section Leader, Cost Estimating & Manufacturing Planning, and Senior Project Estimator, Cement & Mining Systems Division. In 1977, I joined Foster Wheeler Corporation in Livingston, New Jersey in the Process Plants Division, and worked in Korea supervising the construction of KIPCO (Korea Iran Petroleum Company) Oil Refinery. From 1982 to 1995, I owned and operated an Electroplating Plant in New Jersey. I worked at the Plan Source Consulting Engineers, Manassas, Virginia, as a Project Engineer during 1996-97. Since 1998, I have been with the Fairfax County Facilities Management Department, currently as Chief Electrical Engineer. I am a registered Professional Engineer (Wisconsin, 1978; Virginia, 2001). |
